COURSES IN GRAPHOLOGY

To whom the courses are directed. To all those interested in the knowledge of this technique and especially to all those professionals that work in human resources, licensed in psychology, work relations, social graduates, etc.

Lecturers. The courses are given by Carme Giménez i Camins, licensed in Psychology, diploma in graphology. Author of books and articles related to human resources, graphology and psychology.

Objectives. The objective of the courses in graphology is to endow the student with theoretical and practical knowledge to be able to realize a graphological analysis of handwriting. The classes (with the support of practical exercises) will help to develop graphological techniques with the support of practical exercises. All necessary materials are provided along with detailed notes in support of the lectures. The second course is more focused on practical exercises such that the student can produce graphological personality reports and personnel selection reports.

COURSES IN TRAINING OF CHARACTER OR PSYCHOESTHETICS

The "Training of Character" courses are based on the works of Carles M. Espinalt, who created "Psychoesthetics" and developed numerous innovative theories that allow us to understand the modern human character situation and the disorientation that is suffered, as well as having an incommensurable practical repercussion, as much in the psychological world as in the teaching world.

The lack of character of the majority of people that lead our modern society demonstrates the existence of a teaching incapacity to train people with solid leadership skills. Often, the lack of character can result in profound personal and collective crises. The techniques that have been used until now to prepare leaders, are obsolete. As such, "Psychoesthetics" defines, methodizes, and applies new concepts to avoid the teaching routine and whatever type of degradation that could affect the human personality.

With the intention to promote new leaders and professionals that will attain the capacity to confront modern leadership crisis's, these courses apply "Psychoesthetics" to the life experiences and private goals of each person, as they offer an individualized assessment.
